Printed on the card is the card holders personal information, emergency contact person(s) and medical history. Caring and providing life threatening solutions is what separates us from the rest. Medical ID Card is endorsed by: Sheriff Departments, Police Departments, Fire Departments, EMS and Hospitals all across the country.
